2. Purpose

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of Neske, trading under the name SiDe, and its clients in the context of the online sale of commemorative tattoo engravings made to order.

By placing an order on www.si-de.bethe client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

3. Nature of the Service

Each engraving offered by SiDe is custom-made based on a tattoo provided by the client (photo, drawing, or other visual reference).

Because these creations are unique and personalized, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (see section 7).

4. Orders and Validation

Orders are placed exclusively through the www.si-de.be.

Clients are asked to upload clear and accurate photos of the tattoo to be reproduced.

Once the order is placed and paid for, SiDe reviews the submitted materials.

If the image is unsuitable or technically unworkable, the client will be contacted to adjust or, if necessary, receive a refund.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€), including VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are specified before the order is confirmed.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

No work will begin until payment has been received in full.

6. Production and Delivery Time

The production and delivery time depends on the complexity of the project and the time of year, typically ranging from 2 to 6 weeks from receipt of payment.

Delivery is available throughout Europe via postal or courier services.

SiDe cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, any confirmed order is final and non-refundable.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The client guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to reproduce the tattoo provided (with the consent of the tattooed person or their legal heirs).

SiDe cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of an image or any infringement of pre-existing copyrights.

All engravings created by SiDe remain the intellectual property of the creator until full payment has been received.

SiDe reserves the right to use, with the client’s consent, photos of completed works for communication or promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures, etc.).

9. Materials and Finish

Each engraving is carefully crafted from natural wood, selected for its quality and warm appearance.

Variations in tone, grain, or texture may occur — these are part of the natural character of the material and cannot be considered defects.

Likewise, minor differences may exist between digital previews (photos, mock-ups) and the final engraved piece.

10. Liability

SiDe takes the utmost care in the design and production of each engraving.

However, it cannot be held responsible for:

poor-quality images provided by the client;

improper use or storage of the product (humidity, heat, direct sunlight, etc.);

transport damage not reported immediately upon delivery.

11. Personal Data

All information collected in connection with orders is strictly confidential and used only for processing, delivery, and invoicing purposes.

In accordance with the GDPR, clients have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting info@si-de.be . info@si-de.be.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district where Neske (SiDe) has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
